I agree that Rob sets an outstanding example for other contractors. Moreover, he knows how to build a house from beginning to end so is familiar with all types of repairs and renovation. He takes pride in his work, is professional, honest, reliable, and his fees are reasonable. He restored my rental property after extensive water damage as well as updated many features of the house. This project included floor installation, painting, plumbing, roof repair, lighting installation, etc.

Reasonable & trustworthy.

Selling my house, hired Rob to repair floors, cover ceiling stains and fix a kitchen cabinet that would not close. Floor was done...good work. For the ceilings, I asked him if I should paint the whole ceiling he told me no, he would feather it in and He did not, just did the killz it and a strip of new paint over the stains (3 rooms)...looked horrible...I did not complain, actually I was gonna live with it. The cabinet was not done yet, he needed to order brackets. He did not return my messages, text or voice mail, for 3 weeks.. he finally got back to me and said he had to go out of state...ok things happen, but why not a text reply? Anyway he came back on march 7...took a bracket off my cabinet, and said he would get it matched and be back. Today is March 31 and again, he has not replied to me since March 7. Left the cabinet door hanging by just the top brackets and he knows I am selling my house. Not sure why Rob did this, I am pretty easy going, felt like we got along....I genuinely think he is a nice guy, but I hired him in December, it is now March 31...he has been paid in full, but he never came back to finish the job, does not return my messages and for whatever reason did this just to me, all his other reviews appear to be good. I have photos of the way he left me, a copy of his estimate, bill and date, screenshots of my texts to him...etc... I hired someone else last Friday, they came in Tuesday and wed and fixed up the ceiling and repaired the cabinet....again , I am not sure why Rob did this to me....but he did. Recommend to do not hire he robbed me.

Great worker! He comes prepared and the work was done quickly. Everything looks great! I would highly recommend him.

Other contracts should follow his example. On time precision work honest neat .

This man is on time. Does his job and easily overcomes any obstacle. His price is worth every penny. And when he leaves no trace or debris that he was here. The perfect man for any job.

His attitude never varies, even when unanticipated problems occurred. He needed to invent a way around the normal installation and he was up to the task. I cannot recommend it too highly. Already have him for my next project.
