I needed to update the heating and air in our family rental home. I received a few quotes but Azrikam was by far the best. Bernard was very easy to schedule and coordinate with. The work was done efficiently and the guys were professional. We will definitely be using them for all our heating and AC needs.

I had a short cycle problem with one of my 20+ year old air conditioners. I was expecting a call for replacement. Bernard came out to have a look. Ever the professional, he walked through possible causes, and diagnosed low refrigerant and bad air flow in my condenser and evaporator. He advised on how to keep the air flowing and got my air con running great. Even though I might need a new unit in the future, Bernard was all about helping me keep the costs down, and putting off the big expense. He really looks out for his customers. Highly recommended.

I had 4 Seasons come out to look at my AC unit and they quoted a ridiculous amt for freon ($150/lb) and stated I needed the full 6lbs. He then went into quoting me for a new unit. I just paid the visit charge and started googling local companies thinking what I needed was a new unit and needed quotes. The first person I talked to was Bernard (Azrikam Heating). I explained what was happening. He sounded very concerned that I was not given the right advise and prioritized his visit to my home to fix the issue. He fit me in-between his other appointments to look at my AC the same day. All that was needed was a quick rinse, valve tightening, valve covers and 3 lbs of freon to get me another year at least on the unit. All for only $300. He really cares about people and is all about doing the right thing. This is my first time managing household issues like this on my own and to be honest I was a little scared I would be taken for a fool. Definitely not the case with Bernard.
