Sam was great to work with!! We had 4 companies come in and give us bids for our electrical project and Sam was the only electrician to walk in look at the meter box, the circuits, wiring inside and out and give us a real sense of what the project would entail. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable! The price he quoted for relocating and upgrading the electrical panel and meter was fair and competitive. Sam was flexible and adapted to schedule changes we had to make at times. He also took care of all the communication with the electric company and inspectors and kept us informed about what was going on. Sam does what he says he’ll do, he is a person of integrity who takes great pride in doing quality work and it shows. Very thorough and tenacious. It was a difficult problem to diagnose. Sam worked the problem until all possible problems were eliminated. Then he devised an acceptable solution to overcome the issue without requiring demolition.

Sam was very dedicated to do the job according to the electrical codes so there wouldn't be any problems. He went even further to contact PSE to have them check the breaker box and incoming lines. PSE found the incoming line needed to be replaced so they did so. Everything else was up to the electrical codes that Sam followed. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone else.

We had a new electrical panel and meter base installed in our home. Sam was very meticulous with his work and the price was quite reasonable. He ran into unexpected problems that took a considerable amount of extra time, but was very patient about working through the problems and when I suggested that he was not getting paid enough for the job, he insisted that he stand by his estimate. I would highly recommend him.

Project: Install a Generator Transfer Switch. Out of the three bids that I received, Sam was the most professional and the bid was very reasonable. He was prompt and reliable. Sam@Aztec was great right from the start. He was thorough on his evaluation of my project, took the time to explain what needed doing and why, completed the job on-budget and even repaired a factory defect in the transfer switch I purchased at the Honda Power Equipment dealer. I'd hire Sam again in a heartbeat.

Given my situation I was not able to meet Sam. I provided instructions over the phone. He gave me a very realistict estimate once he saw the place. And that is exactly what the job ended up costing despite the fact that he ran into some unanticipated challenges that ended up taking him longer than expected. Part of the job involved installing some track lights in the kitchen and he really went above and beyond to ensure that they were perfect. I will be hiring Sam for my next job.

These guys were great. Showed up on time and were professionals. The bid they gave me was very fair, I even hired them for additional work. Sam and Eddy were great to work with, I'll be using them again.

We had a back up generator installed / connected. Sam Henderson visited our home and reviewed what needed to be done. Very soon he provided an estimate to complete the task. We exchanged several emails, where I was asking for clarification. Sam responded quickly and provided the answers to my questions. The job was completed quickly, and we are very happy.

I had 4 estimates 3 years ago and 2 more last month - one being Aztec. Sam's estimate included everything, no surprises. He has arranged everything--the changing out of the gas meter, the pouring of concrete, a landscaper to facilitate the pouring of the pad, etc. I am extremely pleased with Sam and his crew. The crew arrives on time and Sam is in contact with me daily. I couldn't be happier. All this and his estimate was in line with everyone elses. It was a lucky break that I was put in touch with him.
