Mando crew did a terrible job. I heard them as they spoke in Spanish claiming the job was not going to be well done any ways. I brought it up to Mando and he promised to do a good job. Then the second crew I hired was Jesse and he kept saying how bad Mando work was and that he always had to fix it. But his boss still refuses to honor the warranty and fix my garage frame. Be careful when accepting contract. They word everything vague so they can get out of doing work by claiming it was not part of the contract. Jesse made me buy a fireplace insert and then kept putting it off until the end of job. Then he text me it was not part of the contract. He made me spend money instead of clarifying this at the beginning. Jesse keep promising to fix defects and replace damage parts but left the job site to someone else so they do not have honor their work and word. The tile job was done wrong now I am stuck with a poorly tile floor that cost 7000. Please be careful with the contract ,not only do they word it vaguely but they also charge you 0ne price instead of detail charges per job. So you will not know where they are over charging you. I had an argument with Mr Alexander about this, and he was correct it was my fault that I got scammed. Please make sure you get detail list of what they will be doing, materials they will used and prices. It was my fault I got scammed. And I do not want it to happen to someone else. You do not know how much I cried.

"Ms. Alejandra M. Respectfully, Our crew and all of our representatives have bent over backward for you on both of the projects that you contracted for us to perform for you. We have, In Good Faith gone above and beyond to satisfy your desires. We have repaired work done by other contractors (that You have run off or fired) because you felt that their work was sub-standard. We triple-checked Mando's work on your first project with us and you signed off on the completion of that project and then subsequently hired us to perform another project for you. We broke down our contract, Line by Line for you and even allowed you to Alter an already Binding Contractual Agreement by omitting items you did not wish to pay for well after the project had already been started and well beyond the allowed cancellation/alteration date had passed. We also performed multiple extra projects for you which were not included in the contracts for No Additional Charges. When we came across termite damages in your home, we addressed them with you directly. The tile project that we completed where an old tile project had ended was Superb. We matched the grout depths as close as possible and even spoke to you on several occasions for your approval before finalizing it. At the end of the second project, you and our staff did a walk thru and agreed to new terms and adjustments and satisfaction of the projects performed. We even did all of this after your brother had warned us that you have hired and fired multiple contractors prior. Again, Respectfully we have done our absolute best work for you. We have diligently inspected and double-checked with you throughout the whole project. It is our position that we have bent over backward for you in every possible way to appease you. I am happy with the quality of work performed on your projects and We gladly stand behind it. We have done our very best on your projects and the difference from where your home started to today is remarkable."

Anyone with a major home improvement project that needs to be done, done right, and done quickly, would be, in our opinion, well advised to hire Aztec. We would hire the company again without a momentâÂÂs hesitation, for it does high quality work right the first time, and it works quickly. Aztec undertook four major jobs for us: it leveled our foundation, put on a new roof, replaced a patio roof that had become separated from the house and fixed a major plumbing problem resulting from poor construction practices in the sixties. They had to break through a concrete patio and tunnel our kitchen to fix the problem. The work was done expeditiously and weâÂÂve had no problems since. We are practically living in a new house. We originally hired Aztec to level our foundation on the recommendation of a next-door neighbor, who also had his foundation leveled by Aztec. Our projects done quickly, and one benefit of hiring Aztec, if there potential problems, they will tell you while they can be fixed at minimum expense. I should add that AztecâÂÂs workmen are total professionals. They are experts at their work; they clearly know what they are doing (and they are willing to do a little extra). They show up at the job site when they are supposed to, they work all the time they are on the clock (they donâÂÂt waste time standing around talking or fiddling with their cell phones), and, they are polite and courteous. After noticing some cracks in my walls and my driveway I called Aztec House Leveling to come out and do an inspection. The gentlemen that came out was very knowledgeable of the situation in hand. He wrote me an estimate and I was very satisfied with the quote and proceeded with the work. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them for foundation repair.

I am a senior citizen and their staff took extra special care with me. They treated me with respect and courtesy. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I was worried about dealing with someone for my home repairs. You hear so many horror stories about seniors being taken advantage of. But Alexander was so nice and he helped through the entire process. He was with me every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone who meet any type of home repairs. They were great.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain to me in detail about the repairs my home needed. It took them a little while to start my work because they were very busy. My neighbors had work done by them and that's how I found them. I know of more people in my neighborhood who used Aztec to get their houses fixed. They were very satisfied, and I am too. I was able to go and see their work before I hired them. They did good work and my house looks so much better now.
