Francis is a good communicator, they were there when they said they would be. Aztec did a great job trimmed my branches that overhung my roof. They have a crab lift on rubber tracks that will go up 90â .

He communicated well and actually did what I asked him to do. Other services wanted to do more and charge more. He gave me 3 different quotes in case I wanted to do some optional extra work. I think he did the estimate within a day or 2. He then completed the work within a few days after we agree to hire him. Kept all the limbs in one area and chopped them up well enough for me to handle. Definitely reasonably priced compared to the other crews.

This is the third time I have used Aztec to remove damaged and dead trees from my property in Glastonbury. Francis is a good communicator and always kept me informed on when Aztec's crew would be on site to do the work I have requested. They do great work and at reasonable price and have the equipment to get the job done right including a 90' crab lift on tracks.

Easy to work with, gave excellent recommendations and exceeded my expectations. Francis is a real pro, made a tough job look easy and uses state of the art equipment. Spent more time then I expected to be sure trees were properly trimmed and downed trees cleanly removed. I firmly recommend them, fair price and top notch job.

Francis always got back to me right away, let me know when he would be coming out, and was always on time. He took down 6 trees in my yard - 4 of which were pretty substantial and cleaned everything up afterwards. He also leveled out the area behind my driveway and installed a retaining wall. I would definitely use Aztec Landscaping again - I consider them my go-to Landscaping company now.

I was overall well-pleased with the work done by Aztec. I would have given 5 stars but thought the hydro-seed was applied thinly in some areas. The technician Francis was a good communicator, dependable and easy to work with.

Hired to cut down 2 trees, remove stumps; trim evergreen shrubs and branches from another tree; left 3' of trees when I asked why he did not cut lower, he said "no problem" I will cut the rest of the tree down when I come back to remove the stump with the equipment". He never came back; I call the office and left messages over and over and also texted Francis, finally reached the office woman said he was unable to finish job due to death in family then sent me a check for $100 but the trees the cut down are still 3' high and when I get estimates to finish the work, other firms want to charge me to cut the trees down. I have called and left messages to finish the job with no results. Last called and left message on Oct. 20. No response. I paid for work that was not done. Poor unfinished work and would never recommend this firm.

"It is very apparent that this customer has no clue about landscape work, tree, and shrub care. It is unfortunate that we performed this work without a clearly written contract (the only customer in 2018). First of all, we did not cut down 2 trees for her, we did not agree verbally on the removal of any tree stump (she completely misunderstood the definition of stump removal since we don't do stump removal). Yes, we did send her a check for $100.00. That's the $100 she gave us in advance to trim down an existing tree stump from a previous tree which was cut down by another contractor a few months back. Since she had to leave the state abruptly we assured her that it would be taken care prior to her return. Unfortunately, because of unforeseen circumstances we were unable to meet the time frame agreed upon and hence the refund. Yes, she did call the office and left 2 messages. We reached out to her within a reasonable time. We did let her know that we were running behind and that we are unable to meet the time frame previously agreed upon. Eventually, we had to refund her the $100. And mind you the original cost of the job was $250.00, so she had initially got a discount of $150. SHE DID NOT MENTION THAT IN HER REVIEW. To make a long story short we are not the bad guys here. We treat every customer with respect, make sure that they experience good customer service and get their money's worth. WHEN YOU LOOK AT IT, YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE and judging from our other 74 reviews, it speaks for itself. We definitely won't be doing any work for Mrs. Ernestine M. [Consumer name withheld at their request]and wish her all the best"

The landscapers were prompt, worked quickly to remove the trees, and cleaned up their work efficiently. The price was not too high and their work was well worth the price.
