Aztec Roofs

If you are looking for an honest company that rectifies their mistake, you found it. For some reason, the roof permit for a roof that was installed by Aztec in 2015 was never closed with the city and it just came up as we were trying to sell. Jerry went above and beyond to get this figured out. It was much more difficult than expected, but he stuck with it and worked it out. The roof was good to begin with, but now we know it was also done by someone who is professional, ethical, and wants to make it right. Highly recommend.

Aztec Roofing was great from start to finish. Jerry Conklin was always available to answer any questions or concern's I had. Shingles were delivered in a few days & the job was started & finished in a few days. Left the jobsite clean. Would highly recommend Aztec Roofing with Jerry Conklin.

The whole job was completed in a short period of. All permits required were pulled asap. No high pressure, shingles remove d flashing installed and inspected by the county. With the dried portion complete.The shingles were then delived and installed quickly. Great turn around time, O yea not leaks let it rain.

Worst experience to trust company to do new roof. They did damage to our property and do not wanna fix the damage the right way! I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have been dealing this since February.

Great for cost, but slow on call backs.

Responded quickly to give a quote. Took pictures of the damage. Came back right away for repairs. Took final pictures. Very satisfied.

Aztec removed old solar pool heating panels with plumbing & fasteners; removed existing roofing materials; replaced damaged sheathing. They installed "Peel & Stick" over the entire roof (it rained shortly after the Peel & Stick was applied and no leaks!). They installed a TPO System over two flat portions of the roof and Galvalume 5V over the remaining roof area. All debris was collected and hauled away. All steps of the installation were performed with care and professionalism. The Aztec work crew was impressive. There were two minor delays due to supplier delays/shortages but that did not adversely effect the end result. All performance of the Aztec work crew appears to indicate that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I would use Aztec again with no hesitation.

As a widow living alone I am always concerned about hiring someone to come to my home. From Aztec's sales/estimate professional to their repair guys far exceeded my expectations. For instance - the repair guy found something Not included in the original estimate and fixed it for free anyway. I highly recommend this company.

This job was to replace an asphalt roof. , The job was quoted inclusive of all materials, job was done on time however I recommend homeowner supervision during the roofing process

Aaron was quick to respond and gave me an estimate on the spot when he visited. The estimate was VERY reasonsble. He throughly explained what was the cause of my leak problem and what needed to be done to solve the problem. During the inspection he found additional, serious problems I didn't know I had. He included those items in his estimate. The work was performed by Tommy who eas very skilled and and quick. He did a ver y through job and cleaned up when he was finished. I would highly recommend Aztec Roofs and not limit them to roof repairs only.
