I highly recommend Azteca Construction for your next project. Details below. Problem: Caulking around a decorative trim failed leading to a damaged band board. The OSB needed to be replaced as well as the decorative trim piece and band board. Communication: Communicated via Facebook. Responds in a very timely manner. Came out to look at the house and explained the problem so as I could understand it. Provided a written estimate which clearly stated what work he would complete. Professionalism: From the estimate to finished project there was nothing be outstanding professionalism. Quality: The quality of the finished project is super excellent. The attention to detail was also super excellent. I am extremely happy with the finished product. Final Recommendation: If you are here looking to hire Azteca Construction, do it. You will have a very enjoyable experience and a great finished product.
