John was very friendly but slow. It took three days to put in a dryer outlet and more time waiting for him to show up and never on time. The work was ok and they did get it done.

We had some issues with our project being constantly delayed which is why the markings are so low. The work they did was great just wished it had happened on our time schedule and not two weeks overdue.

John called me immediately after posting my project on Home Advisor. He came out in the morning, gave me a quote, which I accepted, and completed the project in the afternoon. He and Will changed out outlets and switches AND installed 4 light fixtures, as well as, taking down n moving another fixture. They were finished in 2 hours! Perfect job, professional, and efficient. Requested a visit through home advisor, John called the same day to get an understanding of all that I needed so he could prepare in advance. He went above and beyond what I expected, worked late, and accomplished all of our tasks. Very nice, very professional. Price seemed very fair to me.

Difficult installation of a 110 V. service to fireplace insert. Worked diligently until job was completed safely. He did have to take calls during the work and had some cell phone problems which can happen to all of us.
