Called BA Appliance, from a referral, and could not be more pleased from start to finish. Bill showed up promptly, as scheduled, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher within a few minutes. He even took a look at my refrigerator, that had a problem with ice dispensing, and gave a quote to fix that also. I had Bill come back to fix the motor and he was able to find the part without delay. Extremely satisfied with the service and friendliness from Bill. Will use BA Appliance if ever needed in the future.

BA Distributing LLC was amazing! The service tech was prompt, professional and very skilled at his trade. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator. He had to go across town to retrieve the part needed and fixed our refrigerator quickly. The customer service BA Distributing provides is amazing. They are now our appliance repair company.

My sister recommended that I call BA Appliance because of the experience she had on the phone with them. She had an older dishwasher that had an issue. When she called them explaining the issue and giving them the serial number and model number they immediately recommend that she go to Home Depot and buy a new one. My sister said that she was so helpful and honest! Today, In this world she said it was so refreshing dealing with a kind, caring person!! So I took her recommendation and called BA Appliance. I spoke with Trish and scheduled my appointment. She said that the technician would be here between 9 and noon. I received a call from Elliott at 8:37am and said he was in route and would arrive in 20 minutes. He was right on time. Elliott was polite, wore a face mask and put on shoe covers. He was super knowledgeable about my dishwasher and within about 15 minutes said he knew the problem. There actually was a rubber seal of some sort that was lodged in the pump. Once the piece of rubber was removed from the pump, he checked it several times to make sure it took care of the problem. I highly recommended Elliott and BA Appliance for all of your appliance repair needs!!! If I could give 10 stars I would give them 10!!! Thank you ð
