This guy advertises being vet owned and I am a 100% disabled vet. He took $2500 from me, tore up my yard and driveway, left debris and I havenâ t seen him in over a month. No materials were ever delivered. I live in an HOA and now Iâ m facing fines due to what he did and left in my yard. He has refused to refund me. This should have been a simple 2 day job and my yard has been torn up for 6 weeks.

The absolute worst possible contractor you could ever hire. Joe Aquino is in my honest opinion is a dishonest man that works for the Citrus County Sheriffs office but is a public service officer that will lead you to believe he is a deputy sheriff. Everything that comes out if his mouth will be a lie. He will breech his contract and use the lowest cost material he can find but tell you its a top grade product. He quoted me to use Belgard Diamond Pro wall block and used Flagstone block instead which is far inferior of a product. He claims 38 yrs experience but his end product looks like 3rd graders built it. If you want your yard destroyed and spend a lot of money for the worst possible curb appeal you could get...then hire this company and your house can look like a ghetto too!!! BTW,....5 months now and my job is still not completed yet paid in full.
