Brad is the most unbelievable service technician Iâ ve ever dealt with. Not only can he do HVAC work, but he also fixed my hot tub for under $400. One of the hot tub â experts â told me that I needed a new motherboard and it would run me well over $1000 and it still may not have fixed it. Brad went in and spent some time looking over the error codes and realized I just needed a new heating element. He found the heating element online and then spent 45 minutes on hold with the manufacturer just to make sure he had the right part. Two weeks ago he came over and fixed a problem with my heater in the attic that was not properly igniting. Yesterday I had a different problem with the unit and he was over here within an hour to fix it on a very cold and windy day. On a personal note, he is just a really good guy. Very humble and wanting to do the best job humanly possible. He can do a little bit of everything, so if you need a fix-it guy in your directories heâ s your guy. I highly recommend him to anyone and hope that his business expands from here.
