Bay 88 Roofing INC.

I have worked in real estate for over 28 years. I can honestly say Bay 88 Roofing, Inc. is the best roofing company I have ever worked with. I am extremely satisfied with the work and grateful to the whole team. The company owner, Tony, took care of everything, including permits and scaffolding. Their workmanship is excellent. They completed the roof replacement in a timely manner, which is especially impressive for a historic masonic building in downtown Alameda. Due to our positive experience, we contracted them to re-roof another single family residence, and a multi-family property as well. We are more than happy with the results. I highly recommend Bay 88 Roofing, Inc. to any prospective property owners.

We had a great experience with Bay88 doing a full tear down and new presidential TL roof and are very happy with the completed project. Mher / "Matt" was outstanding throughout the entire process - extremely communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. He kept us updated every step of the way and was very hands on making sure everything was handled properly and no detail was missed. Highly recommend Bay88.

Throughout the project, Matt and Tony maintained excellent communication, clearly explaining every step and making sure I understood all the details. They followed through on every concern I raised, showing genuine care and professionalism. Their rigorous manufacturer and workmanship warranties further demonstrate their confidence in the quality of their work. Bay88 Roofing exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, detail‑oriented roofing professionals.
