This man came to my house and charged me $75, but NEVER followed through in fixing my 5 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher. WILL NOT answer my calls or texts!! Never even called to tell me which part that I was supposed to order, myself! I feel scammed.

Very poor service, job started on 6-16-20 and is still not completed; Service man a partial repair in which we paid for, had to order part to complete job. Talked to him once about 2 weeks afterwards and he said part would be arriving soon. Since that time unable to contact him and appliance still not working properly

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Unless you like throwing $$$ away! No follow up. The company did not finish the job and does not answer phone, texts or emails. I paid $75 for the service call and Mr Amond never came back to install the new timer. So my washer is still in pieces in my washroom. The representative from Home Advisor also attempted to contact B Amond Services as well, but to no avail. I am so disappointed.

Brett Amond did not show up on two occasions at day/time he suggested. Second time he did not bother notifying me and never responded to my messages. Both occasions resulted in major inconveniences for my family and me. Very unprofessional. Would have left zero stars, but the HomeAdvisor site requires at least a half star to leave a review.
