B&H Environmental Services is a licensed and insured lead paint abatement service. ( Just to be up front we require a $50.00 service fee because of the price of gas to do an estimate).We perform lead abatement for municipalities and residential customers in southeastern Pennsylvania. We clean the entire property in preparation for the Dust Wipe Test. We do paint stabilization and encapsulate or paint all nonfriction areas. We replace affected windows and doors which involves wet scraping of loose paint and encapsulation of components with lead blocking encapsulent. Our methods are in full accordance with EPA and HUD guidelines.We also do all types of general house cleaning including bathrooms and kitchens Se habla espanol.
