I had 2 large cement deer needing hauled away to dump. They probably weighed 500# each. BB2 took on the job, was out in 3 business days and prompt, and between the 2 of them (mom & son) they accomplished this within about 10 min. BB2 Cleaning was arrived early and they were very professional. I hired them to remove a large queen sized mattress from my house. I would definitely hire them for other things in the future!

Prompt response and very willing to work around my schedule. the day they arrived I thought is was odd they didn't bring a dolly. It was a sign of being unprepared in my book (I had two large heavy TVs). I did give them permission to drive their truck down to my basement door. The truck got stuck trying to back up and there's quite a bit of grass torn up. Also a piece of furniture was left behind, but I was assured it would be picked up. When I deducted what I would have paid to drop off my TV at Best Buy, the remaining balance of what they charged to haul away my little amount of junk, was a bit pricey in my opinion. But it was a service I needed at the time and it was appreciated. There are other services BB Cleaning offers like Spring/Fall yard clean up which I will probably use. They also offer house cleaning.

I could not be happier with their service. They arrived almost immediately after I contacted them and took great care of my home as they removed several large and heavy pieces of furniture. They also moved an extremely heavy elliptical down a flight of stairs to the lower level. Not only did they work quickly, they also worked with a very pleasant attitude. The price was extremely reasonable and I will certainly use them in the future.
