B & B Acoustics, LLC

Brandon Huff owner of B & B Acoustics LLC took money for materials and moved out of state. After weeks of promises, he is no longer responding to my texts, emails or VM. I gave Brandon numerous opportunities to repay the money. He comes across as honest, I even gave his kids and wife my grandkids snow toys, as I like to promote small business owners and families. But, he has not made good on his contract or word.

Brandon is a great guy. Very helpful and his work was wonderful. Definitely recommend. Great value for the $$$. Very reasonable.

You will have to babysit to get things done correct. I observed broken ceiling tile shabby installation and just could not believe they accepted this type of workmanship. They will learn, I guess, but not on my job sites!

These people are nice words and no follow through. He was two hours late to give be a quote, an hour late to when we agreed to start the first day, and 15 minutes late the second day. This was after he pushed my appointment back from when it was originally stated he would be available. While I received profuse apologies, the behavior did not change. The first day the guy he had with him was joking about **You smell like weed. No wait I smell like weed...** insinuating they were intoxicated while working with power tools??? I guess they could have been joking, but that is not smarty to joke about in earshot of a client. I SHOULD report them to the BBB. The second day I guess he apparently did not bring the right saw, so only worked a half day. After they left I noticed they also took the top layer of drywall off a corner in one of the rooms I had them working on, and they did not say anything about it. They broke a lightbulb and left broken glass on my floor and did not tell me, I almost sliced my foot open. His cuts were not straight, he left gaps between my wall and where the trim would have ended, and he did not sink the screws into the wood day enough that I could caulk over them. When he came to do my quote I told him I needed everything done ASAP as I was working within pretty tight time constraints, and so my service was pushed back, procrastinated, and not prioritized. Day three rolls around, and keep in mind he told me this would me a two-day project, and Brandon is nowhere to be seen come start time after he told me we could specifically start early being the project was behind. I call him, no answer. Half an hour after our address start time, I receive a text message saying he had been up since 4am puking and would not be there. If he had been up, he could have let me know before our start time! I ended up having someone else come finish the job as I had to have it done that day and Brandon had already put me further behind schedule than I thought I was going to be.

I was looking for a handyman and Brandon was able to do all the different jobs I needed.

Brandon is very personable, professional, and most importantly, skilled at what he does. Compared to the other ceiling guys in the Denver area, I would hire Brandon for 10 more jobs before even considering anyone else.

Very good work, knows Acoustic ceilings. Dependable and on schedule.
