BBB Tree Service

The company that came out was not the company I hired. The foreman, left shortly after explaining to the crew what to do. They do not speak English, so I had to run around and point to what/how they should do actually. 1 tree had to many limbs removed. They attempted to steal metal clamps. they took limbs and threw behind my berms instead of deposing of.

On time and got to work immediately. Efficient, courteous and great at their job. Did the job completely and cleaned the debris upon completion. I will use this company again and I highly recommend Them for tree service

They did such a good job. Made certain my yard was cleaned of all debris.

The work was completed according to the agreement. They arrived on time, protected my lawn from equipment and/or falling tree damage and clean the yard of debris upon completion. I would definitely recommend BBB Tree Service to anyone.

We hired BBB Tree Service to remove 15 trees from our front yard. Some very large and very close to the power lines. These guys showed up on time and did an amazing job. They made quick work of this complex project while ensuring everyone's safety. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will likely use them in the future as well

BBB Tree service came in with a very low bid so we were a little skeptical. but they did a fantastic job clearing 28 large 80ft trees around our home. But. They came as promised and finished in one day. Very hard working and pleasant people. Just make sure everything is done before they leave as they seemed rushed and busy. I initially gave them a high praise review however once we started raking all piles of clippings from the stump grinding they left parts of the stump above ground on several trees. Now I cannot seem to get them back to do a small amount of touch up on stump grinding. I sent them pictures. Surely based on what I paid they could have brought just the stump grinder back and finished the job the right way.

These guys get the job done and I will be calling them back in the future.

these guys are a 10.0 in my book , the only reason i give them a 4.0 and not a 5.0 on customer service is they said they would be here around 2:30pm , they arrived at 4pm ,,the fact that they arrived at 4pm does not give them a 4.0 .,,it is that no one called me that they would be delayed . since it gets dark around 5:30pm I was thinking of calling the other vendors to come over if they still wanted to give an estimate because i had no idea they were still coming over that day. I would suggest to them that a call or text would have been great to get even if they had to cancel for that day that would have been fine . my concerns were because the 8 trees they were going to drop were HUGE ( some over 70 ft high) and our house power line was an issue (next to 2 of the trees) .they dropped all the trees had no issue with the power line and were finished in 90 minutes . I would recommend these guys .a rating of 5.0 does not give them justice

My hubby and I are extremely pleased with BBB tree service. It was hassle free and they were quick and efficient. No gimmicks and fair pricing.

They arrived a little early to look over the project. Even though only one spoke English, they were all nice, polite, and concerned about safety. After clearing debris out of the way, they were able to open a gate (which has not been opened in quite a long time) then cleared out the downed trees and branches . They cleaned out the area once again around the gate opening and reclosed the gate. They also cleared out any loose debris which fell into the neighbor's yard. I was impressed with their work ethic.

They showed up on time, worked carefully and fast and cleaned up perfectly.

They gave us a very fair estimate. They showed up with a large crew on the day they said. Finished the job on time.
