NOT AN ADEQUATE JOB IN MY OPINION. CAME IN THE DARK TO GET RID OF YELLOW JACKETS AND COULD NOT IDENTIFY ALL OF THE POTENTIAL NESTS. HE TREATED ONLY ONE AREA WHICH DIDN'T SATISFACTORILY TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLE

"I was hired by the Landlord to treat a Yellow Jacket nest. He got me to drop my price a little. We agreed on a price, I treated the nest at dusk. Very common when dealing with stinging insects. He call a couple of days later and said they had ANOTHER nest. I agreed to treat the new nest at an even cheaper rate. They said they would take care of it. If the first treatment was unsuccessful I would have retreated for Free, but this was an entirely different issue. An entirely different nest. On somebody else property."

Mason came out the same day I called. He is reliable, honest, straight-forward, and caring. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and a plan of action that took care of our individual needs. We have pets so I felt that he did a good job of explaining what would be safe and what we should do following the treatment.
