Highly reccommend!

This was an emergency call on a 98 degree day where our AC unit stopped working. He came over within 2 hours in the evening when we were available and within 20 min he identified the issue, had the part, and got our AC working.

Benjamin came over within a hour calling out for help after hours. Our A/C had gone out on a very hot day. He was great to work with and he diagnosed the problem and fixed the A/C promptly . We picked his business card and we will use Benjamin again!

Ben came out anddid preventive maintenance on both heater and A/C. He did repairs to the vent on the heater. Work was neat and thorough. We would recommend.

I called Ben many times to repair or recharge my AC systems. He seemed honest, but dont be fooled like I was. In the past he recharged my AC unit with R410A. Since I was now renting out my home, tenants complained the AC wasn' t cold so I called Ben. He claimed to recharge the system with R-22 which is old and very expensive. I showed him his past invoice that he recharged with R410A but he insisted it needed R-22. I reluctantly paid him. When I was able to inspect the AC unit the large label on the unit said R410A. How could he not see the label? He should know AC units. I have invoices and photos of my AC unit as proof. Either he really charged or with R410A but charged me for R-22 or he could have messed up my system by actually using R-22. Its probably the former as the unit is still working. Nice guy, bad business ethics.

Benjamin did a great job getting our AC working. I called him on labor day and he told me he had other jobs and wasnâ t sure if he could get to me that day. He did get to us that day around 5pm on a holiday. He had the part needed to fix the problem. Very satisfied with is work and professional attitude. Highly recommend.

Ben (B&B) was/is very fair and honest. He recharged my AC with appropriate refrigerant gave me a very reasonable invoice. The AC is working perfectly. He was also very prompt. Before I hire Ben, I had contacted another company that claimed they perform the service under my warranty , but once they got their foot in the door, they attempted to charge me for unnecessary services and I caught their trick, So used Home Advisor and Ben responded.

Benjamin responded within the hour and came to my home that day. Very satisfied with his work.

Benjamin just finished a job and said he would come right over. He came and fixed my A/C. Great.

I called B&B due to an odor I was noticing whenever the furnace was running. Benjamin's first comment, once he arrived, was that it was probably an animal that had gotten in to the ducting and expired. He then proceeded to examine the heating unit, and spent zero time inspecting said duct work. Whenever I attempted to bring up the subject of looking at that, he said to call someone else. He must have said it 10 times, call someone else. He could have told me that on the phone prior to the visit, that he would only check the furnace, and not the probable source of the problem. He wanted $72 after spending 15 minutes checking a newish furnace that was running fine and had little or nothing to do with the underlying issue, but gave me two business cards so that I could refer him to my friends. Not likely. Two stars was me being generous.

Benjamin was early and knowledgeable. I was glad that he came out during this heat wave the next day. Took him about an hour and a half to diagnose why my air conditioner wasn't cooling and kept shutting off. Charged me $150 for labor only as the unit needs to be replaced.

After 3 hours Ben couldn't fix the problem, was going to have have to come out for a 2nd day. He charged $440, and said the 2nd day would be minimum $400. I called a different service that came out same day and fixed it for $140. Wish I would have called them first.

Very nice man but either he was trying to get me to pay more than I should or he just didn't know what he was doing. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. When he first came out I told him the unit was not blowing cold air and the furnace was turning on causing hot air to come out downstairs. He then checked the equipment and his other inspections and came back to me saying the compressor was bad and he replaced it. Then he went back out to check again and came back telling I needed to replace the whole unit. He also recommended replacing both at the same time which would have cost me probably $10K. I told him I needed to think about it so after he was wrapping up and setting up a workaround to keep the heater from coming on, all of the sudden the A/C started working...he then checked the thermostat and said Oh that's the problem. I guess the thermostats must be bad so you just need to replace those. I had the Honeywell basic Wifi thermostats which retail for $80 but he was trying to sell me newer ones for $300 each. Once again I told him I needed to think about it because something just didn't seem right. Mind you this took 3 hours. I called another company the next day for a second opinion. They tested both thermostats and it turned out that only one was bad (after that I called Honeywell and the reset it so it actually wasn't bad it just needed to be reset). This took 15 mins. I called him back and told him that I was able to get it resolved on my own. However, I wanted him to replace the bracket that he broke for one of the thermostats and I would pay him the $74 he charges to come out to inspect the problem. We went back and forth and in the end he told me "If that's how you want to get out of paying me than so be it". I left it at that but was not happy at all. In the end, I went from having to replace a compressor to replacing a unit to replacing the thermostats to having to do nothing at all except for the fact that I had to purchase another thermostat because the bracket was broken so I was out $80 for that and $80 for the other company that came out to give me a second opinion. I would not recommend using him and also check your thermostat first by calling the company to potentially save you $$.

He was in a hurry to change the capacitor then left quickly and did not check the vent or clean the main casing of the A/C. Now it's broken again for only 2 months of repair. Do not trust your AC from this company. Rip off!

Great service from Benjamin. Was able to communicate and set appointment via text which was incredibly helpful for my work situation. Service cost was very reasonable for visit and was able to complete the service quickly.

I followed Ben through the whole annual inspection and he did a great job. He was on time and taught me a lot about our a/c system. Just hiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrreeeee him!!!
