Terrance Byrant / B and B Contracting reached out to me after posting a job request online for drywall repair/replacement. Terrance has incomplete work and not returned our calls regarding resolution or closure. It has been over 3 business days since I last tried to initiate communication with no follow-up. I am writing this review in observation of this, but hope that we can come to some sort of closure so I may modify this review. The Good: Terrance is an ambitious person with good communication/sales skills. The Bad: Terrance does not seem to have the qualifications he advertises. He does not demonstrate proficiency in painting, sanding, drywall installation. The Ugly: Terrance forgot to install insulation and was not truthful about this. After payment and personal inspection, this was brought to his attention along with various other concerns. The faults and a resolution was delivered to me in writing however, the next day our line of communication was terminated by him.
