"Really sorry to hear the screws didn't fix the squeak. Not sure why you didn't reach out to us to let us know? We left our business card which has all our contact information. We did have a meeting about your patio/sunroom cover. It was determined that an engineer would need to get involved to make sure your current structure could handle all the extra weight. You decided to put that project on hold and instead have us fix your leaking toilet and rehang both your bathroom cabinets that fell off the wall that your previous contractor installed incorrectly. Everyone seemed extremely happy when we left and truly confused by this negative rev"
