We had a leak behind our washer that caused damage to the door casings in the laundry room and next door bedroom, laminate flooring in the hallway, carpet in the bedroom as well baseboards and drywall. Our insurance company sent someone to cut out the damaged drywall, take up the flooring and tear out the doors and baseboards to a) find the source of the leak and b) dry it out. Renovo Construction did a big remodel for our neighbors so I took their recommendation and got a couple of other bids too. I was worried that our job would be too small for Ben and his team but he was happy to take it on and, while we on vacation too. My dad was at home and Ben and Eddie were amazing. They took care of moving my dad out (and back in) his room to replace the carpet and baseboards. The job went smoothly and the house looks better than before the leak. The process was explained thoroughly, all permits and credentials were provided upfront and a clear outline of charges was presented with the expectations at each stage. We are hoping to get some other projects done in the future and will not hesitate to call Renovo back and to recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a remodel. Iâ d give 10 stars if I could. Ben and his team completely renovated our master bath in early January this year. Everyone was very professional and worked hard to keep their workspace and the rest of our house clean. They have great attention to detail and are very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend their services, and I will be using them again in the future for my kitchen renovation.
