If I could give Renovo 10 stars, I would. We purchased an old ranch house from 1972 that needed a significant upgrade. Everything was original, including the popcorn ceilings, old, "crispy" shag carpets, peeling wallpaper and original appliances. Nothing was properly insulated, and asbestos was everywhere. The place was a mess. We got 6 estimates. Although Ben was not the cheapest (never hire the cheapest contractor anyway - you WILL regret it), he was very reasonably priced, and by far, the best in every possible way. He has a great energy - warm, positive, honest - a true professional with integrity. He offered me a very fair, pressure-free quote along with documentation, including all of his credentials, license numbers, etc. He was transparent from the start, which I greatly appreciated. His team is just incredible - SO dedicated and hard-working. They did everything from insulating our attic to digging footers and adding posts inside our house - after taking down a support wall to open up our space (not an easy feat!) His cabinet maker is so meticulous, and his tiler is a true artist. His painters, electricians and plumbers, are all very knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. My project manager was particularly wonderful to work with as well. I did not live at the house during the remodel; I live clear across the country. Renovating a house that is over 2,000 miles away can be daunting, but Luis made everything seamless. His communication skills were on point. We spoke and texted every day. He was a true partner throughout the entire renovation process which put me at ease every step of the way. I was so pleased with the results of our interior that I welcomed the team back to renovate our exterior a month later. Once again, they did an incredible job. They repaired our walls, fascia, rewired our electricity, painted, added siding, tiled our fireplace, and so much more. All that only took a mere month. Honestly, they are really such a pleasure to work with. About me: I am a [very selective] designer by trade, and have had all 4 of my previous homes gut-renovated over the years, so this was not my first rodeo. Although I worked with very talented contractors in the past, Ben and his team at Renovo are by far the BEST I have ever worked with. If you don’t choose Renovo Remodeling for your next renovation, you will be doing yourself a disservice, because there is no better. I cannot recommend them enough!

I urge you to get a quote from this company you will not be disappointed! Ben is wonderful. He listens to everything you have to say he’s extremely knowledgeable. They’re pricing is fair and they go above and beyond for their clientele.. They are licensed and experienced. Most importantly they’re not going anywhere. There’s no way you could not be happy with their work. Ben is simply a kind person and he definitely works very closely with anyone that works with or for him. Great communication skills.

Professional very professional! My kitchen turned out better than I had hoped . It looks like it’s in a model home. It’s just gorgeous! This is the third project I’ve had done with Renovo. We had a leak behind our washer that caused damage to the door casings in the laundry room and next door bedroom, laminate flooring in the hallway, carpet in the bedroom as well baseboards and drywall. Our insurance company sent someone to cut out the damaged drywall, take up the flooring and tear out the doors and baseboards to a) find the source of the leak and b) dry it out. Renovo Construction did a big remodel for our neighbors so I took their recommendation and got a couple of other bids too. I was worried that our job would be too small for Ben and his team but he was happy to take it on and, while we on vacation too. My dad was at home and Ben and Eddie were amazing. They took care of moving my dad out (and back in) his room to replace the carpet and baseboards. The job went smoothly and the house looks better than before the leak. The process was explained thoroughly, all permits and credentials were provided upfront and a clear outline of charges was presented with the expectations at each stage. We are hoping to get some other projects done in the future and will not hesitate to call Renovo back and to recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a remodel. Iâ d give 10 stars if I could. Ben and his team completely renovated our master bath in early January this year. Everyone was very professional and worked hard to keep their workspace and the rest of our house clean. They have great attention to detail and are very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend their services, and I will be using them again in the future for my kitchen renovation.
