I am an out-of-town landlord and my property in Las Vegas was badly damaged by an awful tenant. Every door was broken. One bedroom door frame needed to be replaced. I had a handyman worked on it only to find out the repair was done very poorly when I came on site. I was very desperate since I was not able to stay in Las Vegas for too long. I was fortunate to find Brian, the owner of B&B Handyman. The only problem was Brian's schedule was full. I talked Brian over the phone explaining my situation, he was kind enough to come to my property after hour. After he examined the repair work done by the previous handyman, he said he will have redo the repair. The repair involved replacing the lock side vertical door frame, the door stop strip and the trims on both side of the wall. The next day, Brian reshuffled his schedule and made a few trips to get the right material since the materials were not standard size, Brian had to modify the purchased materials to fit the door. While he was there, he fixed another broken door, replaced the kitchen faucet, painted the door frame. He also always updated me the progress when he was out to get the materials and do the alterations. By the time he finished his work, it was at night and he had to go to another job site to solve a technical problem with his employee. He was cheerful, courteous and fair. I am very grateful for having his service.

The handyman that came to my home was not the owner, but an employee. The job was adequate, but he really did not have the expertise he claimed to have in my opinion. He struggled a bit hanging the door. I needed a new striker plate so I paid him to go purchase one, but he installed a brass plate even though my hardware is brushed nickle. I have two different finishes on my door now and I can't remove the brass plate because the screws are stripped and I can't get them out.

B&B has been honest and up front. When B&B is going to be late they either call or text.

They were timely, curtious and professional.

Showed up, kept in touch, kept me aware of the price and the work that needed to be done. Was on time, did a good job, the price was good. I'd hire him again and I would recommend him for any number of projects. He replace a door for me but I know he does a number of other kinds of projects.

Not quite crisp. I went with the lowest price. Nice guy but works alone which takes longer. I had to supply the materials. The estimate was free and on time.
