HP of Irmo He was hired to do five jobs, and of the five one was left in complete disarray for the last thirteen days. The work did not meet the standards and will have to be completely removed since it was not up to any standards. I have the pictures and when people come in to see the job, so we can at least use it again cannot believe the condition it was left in, and the work his people did. His man left the job exactly how the picture looks. He sat and watched the man doing the job, and let him do it even though he knew it was a poor job. He said he would not let it in his house. He has not been able to replace the man because apparently nobody will work for him for what he is paying them. The door he put in has to be completely torn out and redone because the way it was done the rain will come in. The screen he put up also has to be fixed. The other door he put in also had to be repaired. I have all the pictures to see how terrible the plumbing was done. It is unbelievable that someone could do such poor work. Most people who come in to see the job could not believe how it is done. He says he cannot get anybody to replace the man, but we have had people come in and give us prices which we will accept. He says the people cost too much which really is not our problem except he probably will not pay the going rate. He said had a crew to work but so far he only brought in his family or friends who did not know what they were doing. He had excuses from day one when the man who was supposed to do the plumbing and tiling said he had something wrong with his head. Now he says he did not believe it. He then got this other man who really did not know how to do plumbing. I have many pictures to prove that this is what happened what kind of job was done. On the first day of working to demolish the bathroom, he did not even cover anything to prevent dust from getting on the furniture or the floor. He said they forgot. He did clean up, but I still have dust all over my floor and everything on the site had to be cleaned. They said the dust was finished but two days later they did more digging and I got more dust and again they did not cover or close the door. The job that was done was not even close to our expectations or anyone else. It took twice or three times as long to do the work they did, and it was horrible. This was not given to B&B before because I have not seen him.
