Barbara was great! Like many families today, we have a hectic existance; and the cleanliness of our house suffered as a result of neglect. The hosue was like a war zone. Therefore, when Barbara finished her initial cleaning, and it was time for me to write the check, she kept to the initial bid. I REFUSED to pay that small amount; and upped it myself! The slight "ding" on the COMMUNICATION rating; Barbara speaks english as a second language so it was difficult for me to understand her questions; but we adapted just fine. I would highly recommend BBK to anyone. In fact, I already have, haven't I?
