I was immensely pleased with their service and professionalism. They were pleasant and answered all my questions. Have already scheduled a follow up with them. Price for services was more than reasonable. Would recommend to friends and family without reservation.

Moved to Holly Springs in 2025, wasn’t certain when the septic tank was last pumped so needed someone to come out and take a look. JJseptic had good reviews, phoned them and got Justin, owner, he was polite and very helpful - even sent me copy of the town record of our septic system - size, layout etc Justin and associate came out , checked tanks and pumped tank and cleaned filter. Told me when next pump out needed. Having moved from a house with a two chamber pumped septic system everything Justin did and said made absolute sense. Felt like I made the right choice picking JJseptic.

My fiance and I own a house in Kenly that we use as Airbnb... We live in Rhode Island and Justin at J&J Septic was very helpful at getting our septic system cleaned out. He kept contact at every step. His customer service was excellent. He kept me updated of every step and did a really great job. Being out of state and finding a company you can trust is such a great thing . I would highly them to anyone who needs this service done in the area.

J&J septic is a very good company to work with. They are very responsive and were willing to work with us. They are the most polite people that i think I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them.

Christmas Eve and family was over when the septic tank backed up. These guys showed up within the hour and saved the day. Appreciate them.

Excellent service

They came and fixed my septic tank. Improved what was done by the builder and made it much better. Excellent service. They take of the customer and look for better and cheaper solution.

They came when our septic was backed up and toilet overflowing sewage. They were one of the few septic companies available on a weekend. They got the septic drained, changed the filter and we were able to get RestoPros to immediately come clean up the sewage and demo the damaged floorboards as well as get air scrubbers to clean the air. J&J were there when we needed them and we are so grateful we didn't have to let sewage sit in our bathroom for multiple days!!
