Keith never sent us the termite report I had to call him to get it, he said his scanner was broken so he couldn’t send it, so I asked if to drop it off at the Title Company he did that the day before we closed. He showed up at the house after we closed a week later and said he would be by one maybe Monday to finish the job, he didn’t show up on Monday so I called him on Tuesday and came to finish the job with no explanation for showing up nor calling on Monday.

Great value. Tech was late for appt, but did call to keep me posted on ETA. Definitely recommend B&B!

They were an hour late. I had to call them to find out what the problem was. When they got there one of the guys was sick(seemed hungovered) . The one guy sprayed the house but afterwards we could not smell any chemicals. When I spoke to him on the phone he said the cost should be between $75 and $125. The bill was $225.

The company’s representative called Thursday, May 25, 2017 in response to my request for services earlier that morning via Home Advisor. We arranged to meet later that day for 5:00 p.m. so I left work early. I waited patiently for them and eventually called them at 5:30 p.m. because they had been a no show. They arrived at 5:31 p.m. and after inspecting the premises confirmed that I had birds in the overhang of my house. They left before 6:00 p.m. to get the equipment and materials that were needed to remove the birds and patch the screen where the birds were getting in. I waited patiently – again - for them. I called them at 7:45 p.m. and they responded that they were still coming. (Who removes birds at night?) I rescheduled for Friday at 5:30 p.m. They did not show up until dusk. I could not tolerate the birds any longer so I allowed them to proceed with the work needed. They removed the nests and patched some holes but the darkness prevented them from completing the job. (They had been using the flashlight on a cell phone so that they could “see” what they were doing until they could “see no more.”) Although my family and I were to attend a graduation in Ocean Springs, Mississippi the next day, the pest control company and I rescheduled for Saturday between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m. Again, I waited patiently for them. I called them at 4:00 p.m. They said they were on their way but did not arrive until 7:59 p.m. They had to redo some of the screen that they had previously put up because three holes remained in the botched work and one piece of screen stapled only on one side - not four sides - to the overhang was hanging. They were very apologetic, charged only half of the quoted price – which was the portion that I paid on the previous night, - and attempted to complete the work discussed on Thursday. Sunday morning – the very next day after their “work was supposedly completed” – I found a live bird in a holeless screened-in part of the overhang. Pest control should not equate with containment of said pest inside a holeless screened-in- area and relocate should not equate with a bird having the ability to relocate from one screened-in -area to another. Found out that they had been exterminating bees in a vacant house located uptown. I understand jobs can go longer than intended. Things happen whether planned or not. However, they should have extended a professional – at the very least common - courtesy in the form of a phone call regarding their inability to stay on schedule. I know they have a phone - remember the cellphone flashlight. Perhaps, they should strongly consider changing their name from B(irds) and B(ats) Pest Control Services to…

The technician came with large hole covers, but only cut 3" square holes, so he had to go get smaller covers. Then he came back with the incorrect screws to attach the covers. Seems like if he is in the business, he would know he needed sheet rock screws, since he knew he was gonna cut holes in the walls. This couldn't have been the first home he had serviced. He seemed to squirt a substantial amount of solution inside and outside the house. Overall, he was VERY responsive, which was important to me.

Very quick and clean. They came in, covered everything and when they were finished they swept everything up.

Keith and his team were wonderful. They showed great patience as I continued to add to the overall project. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend and will use again on my next project.

Horrible service. Did not have proper paperwork with him and had to constantly call to get the paperwork I needed! Made mistake of paying him before I received what I needed. Gentleman that came was unprofessional and down right scary! Keep making excuses for the poor service!

Mr. Keith is very knowledgeable, polite and patient. He works with scheduling appointments and keep in contact if he's running overtime at another appointment. I will definitely call B&B for any future pest control issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! You won't be disappointed ?

Professional services that come out on Sunday before Mardis Gras when other companies refused. Inspected, found, and repaired pest entry and nesting points. Sealed and treated areas. Scheduled a follow up inspection to ensure the pests have been completely eliminated. Definitely knows where to look and how to rid a home of pests. Cost was very competitive. Will use B&B again if there is ever a need for expert pest control and elimination.
