Troy came out and understood my problem. He also understood that I could not afford to do a lot to my A/C. He started at the basics and was able to find the problem without a lot of additional costs. If I have any A/C issues or if my friends have any, I will definitely have them call B&B and hopefully they will get Troy!

Customer service and value excellent. Male very knowledgable and friendly. Checklist and inspection was not as detailed and thorough as anticipated. In fact there was no formal checklist completed. Measurements on the carbon invoice were empty.

Services provided were great. Technician was super friendly, and did as he was instructed. However, customer service was ABYSMAL. Never ending cycle of "I'll call you back." Ultimately resulted in a refund.

I had a leakage in my ac. I get a call from a lady advising me that a tech can be on the way, however, there will be a fee of $49 and change- I said no problem. The tech came (an ok fellow) and started working on determining what the problem may be. After determining that the inside coils are clogged and that is what is causing the leakage, he did what he called "flushed the coil"...which according to him, was a temporary fix. He said I needed to replace the entire unit, which would cost me a total of $8200.00. When he was about to leave, he said my total due amount would be $210, the $165 for the so called "temporary fix" and $49 and change for coming here. Even though I did pay, I was never advised that it will be such a big charge for something, that I found out later that afternoon from an uncle who knows a ton about HVAC processes and products, it was not even necessary. Once we turned off the ac, the leakage had already stopped. He flushed the coil without any reason and charged me the $165, without even letting me know that what he was doing or what I would actually be charged. Very disappointed with this company and the lack of communication regarding the extra change for the service performed that was not even necessary. I feel this company is taking advantage of the fact that 1. It is very hot outside, (108 degrees plus this entire week) 2. The tech saw there is a toddler in the house--so he "called it in" and got the price quote of $8200 from the "bossman" who knew that because of the above reasons. We will need to get the AC fixed asap. Disgusting company!! Stay away from them..they will only try to con you by taking advantage of the circumstances for which they were initially called for. Oh and another company came in and they came, the same day, and merely solved the problem by cleaning a clogged pipe, which was the reason of the leak and charged me half of what Band B Services took for what the tech said a "temporary fix". This company doesn't have any integrity and honesty- stay away!!

I was very satisfied. My AC went out on a Saturday night, as soon as I put in a request on the home advisor website, B&B Services contacted me within minutes..... ON A SATURDAY!! Wow.... the owner came out the following morning, first thing, and I was chilling by noon. Thanks B&B. I will definitely be using them again.
