I went on Home Advisor at 6:30 a.m. Brian was here at 8. He checked out everything on my furnace and double checked again. I needed one part plus I chose to replace thermostat due to age. He never tried to sell me unnecessary parts. He explained all the parts on my furnace and made it understandable. I am very pleased with my warm home. Brian is now my permanent furnace repair man whom I trust. Also, I am amazed at the low cost.

Bryan has been very helpful in fixing our furnace. He was thorough when he came and very knowledgeable. The great thing I like about him is he told us all of our options. The new part was rather expensive and so he took the time to get the old part working, then told me what to do if it happened again and also called me afterwards and told me he would be happy to come by at no charge and get it working again if it was the same issue. How can you beat that kind of service??!! He has also investigated the part cost and let me know he had found the same part cheaper than he first quoted!!! Bryan has earned our business for any furnace or air conditioner work!!!!

Bryan is fantastic. We had 3 things go wrong, he came in and diagnosed them, fixed them and now they work even better than before. I have already used him again and will continue to use and recommend him. He is very personable, explained the problems to me, why it happened and what it would take labor and cost wise. I looked up the price of material online myself and he was right on the nose with those prices and clearly was not trying to nickel and dime us or any one. I highly recommend him!
