I was charged in advance for a part to fix my dishwasher. The tech obtained the part, installed it but it didn't fix the problem. He told me the part was defective and he would get another one and come back to finish the work. He put the original part back in the dishwasher. After he left, I found the problem was not the part I had to pay for. It was the motor that moves the gears that run the cycle. It was stuck and I moved it and got it going. So I fixed the dishwasher without any additional parts needed. I called repair shop to inform them of the situation but received no call back ,and the tech has not returned or called. Awful.

The technician was very unprofessional. The technician did not have the parts needed to complete the job. The dispatcher and the technician were dishonest. The part was ordered and I was promised a technician would be a my home the following day by 10 am. The technician did not arrive at my home until 4:30 pm. This was during the holidays and caused me a huge inconvenience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The unprofessionalism was unacceptable.

The response time could not have been better. He was at my house within a few hours. Very nice guys who knew what they were doing. He gave us options on how to solve our problem without any pressure to go one way or another. His call out fee was reasonable. A very positive experience out of an unfortunate set of circumstances!

Manager on duty was couteous and efficient. However, the service technician disappeared for serveral hours after departing his previous stop to do our work. He did finally show up after causing significant concern to his manager. Repairs were completed satisfactorily and the manager did provide a discount and apology for the problem that was not really his fault. I will recommend these prople to others only because I feel that this problem was an unusual one for them.

immediate call after email sent. Gentleman came out on Friday night, great personality, clearly knew what he was doing took his time. Promised to call Sat to let me know about parts availability and whether would be back Sat or next week. No call. I had to track them down Monday. Please be sure to call when you say you will, specially after taking credit card information. Also - get some professional receipts with phone numbers printed on them. Oven works great, repairman was wonderful. Fix the little things and you'll be 5 star.

The tech arrived late, not in uniform, and wanted to talk more than work. I paid over 300$ for a repaiired refridgerator and garbage disposal, and the part for my washer. He had to come back the next day, where I owed another $140, to install the part in the washer. My other fridge did not get fixed because instead of replacing the thermostat like I suggested, he just turned the settings down and said that it would stop running on lower settings. It never stopped running and I haven't called back out of dissapointment that he did not listen to me and that it was so expensive for what he did do. I just would rather not use the running fridge.

The repair man was very professional, communicated appropriately, and was quite knowledgeable about the product, even though it was a 1983 model gas range. He appeared at the prearranged time. I could not have had a better experience. I will definitely use BC Appliance Repairs again.

I didn't actually make an appointment with them. They just showed up at my house with some lame excuse that they talked to someone and set up an appointment. I certainly never talked to anyone. Anyway, decided to let them check the drier, they were here and we were home. However, he said that it was just the wall exhaust to the outside blocking up. He didn't have the tools to fix that.. (said that in 17 years on the job he has never had to clean the drier exhaust pipe to outside...) That's just stupid...work on driers and noone has ever needed their tubing cleaned out? Anyway, they charged me $75 to tell me that, and I didn't even call them..

"Customer signed up through service magic. Once we receive customers information we call them. If they decide for our company to complete the work we set up an appointment. Customer tells us when a good time for them would be and we try our best to accomodate that time frame. We don't have the time to go door to door. Of course we have unclogged pipes. However, that was not the case. We gave the customer the total cost of service and he decided not to complete the work."

The Appliance was not fixed, they over charged me, the Repair person had such a bad breath we could hardly get close enough to hear what he had to say. I would never reccomend them to anyone. he Owner name" Brian" was so rude to us on the phone,Thy charged 269.00 and said he had given us a discount. don't think they knew what they was doing. Very helpful over the phone and in person. Repairman came to our house the same day I called. Rates were very reasonable. Servicemen were polite, knowledgeable, tidy, and efficient. I will use this company for our appliance repairs in the future.
