Tim has done a couple of projects for us. Every time he was extremely easy to work with, his quality of work was solid and high quality. He was always concerned about our satisfaction and certainty and made sure we could still live comfortably while he was completing our project. Our last project he was extremely conscious of our timeline and nailed it! I would certainly recommend Tim. He is able to do anything!

Very professional and did a great job with our kitchen remodel.

It was our good fortune to come across Tim Hanratty and BCB Builders when we were searching for a general contractor for our kitchen remodel. Tim was professional, experienced and talented in all aspects of the job. He seamlessly arranged for all the subcontractors (engineer, demo, cabinet maker, drywaller, painter, etc.) with no delays. He left the kitchen and his work area clean at the end of the day. No items were left undone. Even the smallest detail was not overlooked--he provided a loaner sink and stove so we could continue to use the kitchen during the remodel. Most importantly, the quality of his work was admirable. When we experienced a couple minor glitches in the job, Tim was always willing to take ownership and fix it. He was pleasant and courteous, always with a smile on his face. It was enjoyable watching and listening to the camaraderie between Tim and his coworkers. My new kitchen turned out to be everything I have been dreaming about.

BCB Builders did a great job on our complete kitchen overhaul that included removing a wall, dealing with some tricky angles where new cabinets met slanted ceilings, and adding an island. Tim gave us several good ideas on how to best renovate the space to meet our needs. Once the project started, Tim kept the kitchen functional each night with a temporary sink and countertops and he always left the area clean. We were super happy with the final result. Tim is very skilled and has high personal standards and his workmanship was outstanding. We are glad we hired BCB builders for our project and would 100% do it again.

BCB Builders remodeled the kitchen in our Boulder condo. We were entirely satisfied with their workmanship and service. Tim managed the project perfectly, with every step on time and on budget. Everyone involved was professional, courteous, and skillful. We couldn't be happier with the result, and we can't recommend Tim and BCB Builders highly enough.

We hired Tim to do a kitchen renovation, at over $50,000.00. While the quality of the work was for the most part good, he didn&#t finish the project. We were wrapping things up, so we paid the remaining balance. (Be sure to hold some money back until EVERYTHING is done). Its been over a year now. Tim wont return calls or emails. We have no way to get in contact with him. I was a business owner (retired) for over 30 years, and have never seen worse customer service. User beware.

Tim and his guys modernized my older (circa mid 80s) kitchen and everything went smoothly and the workmanship outstanding! Worked within my budget, timely, post project cleanup an added bonus. Tim is very personable and the guys that work for him are as well. I have received many, many compliments on my new kitchen and I have Tim and BCB to thank! I would highly recommend them!

BCB did a great job on my new carport. Tim is a seasoned professional who knows his stuff and can make adjustments as needed to existing plans. He works very efficiently but carefully, and wants to make sure everything is done to his client's satisfaction. After talking to several contractors, it was a relief to turn things over to Tim. His crew's presence on the property was as unobtrusive as possible. The final result exceeded my expectations as to appearance and quality. I can recommend BCB without reservation.

BCB Builders is an amazing company. Tim worked hard and was always available for any questions and concerns. He is great at customer service but also an excellent and talented craftsman. Our building looks gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with the service and remodel. Tim provided us with an awesome binder that has answers to almost any question we have about the work completed but if there is something we need, he's still right there for us like he was throughout the process. I trust Tim completely.

Tim did a last minute interior office reconfiguration for us on short notice and was very accommodating. He selected beautiful materials, did the work after hours when it was the least disruptive to our business, charged a fair price and was a delight to work with. I have had bad experiences with contractors before but Tim is a real pro. He has my highest recommendation.
