We have used these people on a couple of occasions in the past, so we called them in mid-April. We had to make several calls and texts, and they replied late that day and came over the next day. That treatment was completely effective. We scheduled an appointment for a follow-up visit in 2 weeks, which he called to reschedule. The rescheduled time came and went without hearing from them, despite our texting and calling several times. The next day also came and went despite our texting and calling several times. At this point, we cannot recommend them because of their unreliability. This is a new thing for them, and I have noticed several other reviews with the same issue. It is too bad, because they are really nice people to work with, and their prices are reasonable. We hope nothing bad has happened.

I hired thad a year ago and he was doing good and then just recently for my service he would miss appointments. He is a very nice guy and i liked his service but just last week i had a problem and he said he would be here on friday, he never showed up or called and i literally left 10 messages on his phone and even texted and called cellphone no response or explanation , i would pay him on a quarterly basis and he said if anything happens in between to just call. so i would say at this moment this company is not reliable, home advisor should be aware of this because i see its not only me

BC Exterminating 1, Inc. is a great company. We have used them since 2016. They are professioanl, courteous, knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. Thaddedus is the best!! He is engaging, honest, and reliable. We have not had a rodent or insect problem of any signifigance since 2016.

It went well at first - they gave a reasonable estimate and showed up promptly on the day of the service. I was told that he needed to come back in a few days to test the results. We set a day, but he never arrived. I called 3 times and never received an answer. Never heard back at all.
