"Dear customer normally I will start this sentence with simple apology, but not in these circumstances. Dear customer you have right to write a review - but you do not have right to provide untruth review based on emotional roller coaster using social media because you are simply angry. Review you wrote is lack of facts and simple lies. Let's proceed so any future angry customers will think twice before write something not constrictive and irrelevant to this matter. 1. Today is September 12, 2018 and you are about to faced lien on your property because you do not pay your bills on time. When fence was installed your husband ( this same one you called via text message stupid and you want divorce) walked through with me every angle of fence and approved finished project. . I had to collect last payment on Sunday morning in pajamas .Your past due payment was due over three (3) weeks. You were calling our personal cellphones and left threating messages " be careful how you walking" etc. I would love to posted those screen shoots so public can view that since you want create show/ drama. 2.Who threating you ? You sent me personally death treats messages not once not twice but many of those ? I am sorry no one took advantage of you I think your memory is very short lets go back to April when we experienced major wind storm and my husband and I drove to your house fixed your wood fence so your animals could be safe.. We did not charged a penny do this repair. You told everyone that's, you had ben in accident - every person different story. I offered you to re schedule job install fence when you will feel better, you refused that idea because you have very "nasty neighbors" and you do not fill safe. You were in bed that's correct - you had install camera and you can watch progress of work on your phone, I personally every day was taking pictures and videos for you of fence project and sent you over. 3. For your record every fence company being on Home Advisor is a trusted company . What makes you decided this statement . I wish I could write a review about my experience with customer. My husband has been in these industry for over 30 years. Once again I should post emails exchange how thankful you are etc. Classic liar customer. 4. Your job as home owner is known city code. I recommended to apply for permit , City of Aurora is not required that for fence under 6 feet. Since I am retired lawyer - I told you what city is requirements. . You were more concern about tree in front of yard because was in your family for over 60 years - via text message you insured me that city approved being less than 18 inches away from the sidewalk so you can have your tree inside. I should check this message with the city before proceed install fence, once again anther lie from you dear customer. 5 There is no 14 posts to be moved and does not coat $300 per post. Post are 2x2x8 Fortress metal - so I am not sure where did you get this quote and number."

"Patrice I am not sure who is her ? You mean Justina Crew was working on Memorial Day and Weekend because you told BC Fence you have court order to install fence. Person who was installing your fence was Mike he did great job. I inspect your fence I was there entire process. You had 125ft privacy fence which we set in 2 days just like we promised. At this point I am requesting from AFA inspection. Also City check your fence. You neighbors are happy because they have fence and they love it according to Alex."

"Ryan, you had unpaid balanced from over 3 months ago, and you did signed contract where you were financially responsible for stain service. If you look at small print portion of this document it says "unpaid balance due over 30 days will be add 1,5% fee" , you wrote a REVIEW because you did not pay your bills on time. You also stated in our email exchange there is no way me as woman can own company, but after 20 minutes I think you did some kind research, and came out as woman can own a fence company. Ryan this your email "I reserve the right to post reviews online, which ironically is how I found you, and with the way I have been treated and spoken to by you, I absolutely plan to reserve that right. I also plan to contact the BBB and let them know that you are going back on a verbal agreement and have threatened me with a lawsuit". Ryan as retired lawyer reserve right is not a threat, its a RIGHT. Conclusion of this respond is you had unpaid balanced , because you end up paying immediately outstanding invoice. I went to check your fence and it looked beautiful, also you got $2000 discount to install your fence. Stain crew used 50 gallon of stain on your fence, I have many more customers where we stained fences and not a one client is unhappy, they emailed me a personally how great of the job Danny does. Once again I asked to provide document says somewhere you do not have pay for stain and you could not produce that."
