They have quality work!

He has done a lot of work for us over the years. He always does a good job.

First, their subcontractor ripped me off and did not finish the job (a SMALL tile job started at the end of December and it is now July). I tried for months to work it out with the guy they sent back in December, who I only later figured out was an uninsured subcontractor and didn't even really work for BC Floormasters! The guy even charged me $175 for a shower door installation which BC now says they don't even do. The owner Brent Colliver came months later (after dodging about 5 calls) and said he would make good and finish the job. His guys then did a token amount of work one evening, apparently just to make it appear he was sincere. I spoke to Brent the next day and he said that he would call me later that day to let me know when they would come back and finish the job. That's been about a month and the owner Brent will not return my calls, so the job - although paid in full - remains unfinished. Another small job they agreed to do is also undone. Not returning 10 phone calls is simply unacceptable in any business. Beware of this poor excuse for a contractor. They simply cannot be trusted, based on my experience. I'm sure they have done some good jobs in the past, but why hire someone who is not going to return your calls and obviously doesn't care about the customer or customer service? This is the first really bad experience I have had with a contractor. They got their check (which was my dumb mistake) after the job was 90% complete and simply refused to come back and finish it. In my opinion, you should avoid BC Floormasters at all costs and hire a professional contractor - or just someone - anyone - who can be trusted.
