Greg responded quickly to our inquiry. The estimate for a new garage door was lower than competition. When the job was being completed he noticed a small dent in one of the panels. He pointed it out to us and immediately ordered a replacement from the manufacturer. He refused payment for completion of the job until he returned a week later to replace the panel. Greg is honest, trustworthy, and very meticulous about his work. I would recommend him any day over the big box stores who provided nothing but higher prices and poor customer service. In addition, we feel itâ s important to support local small businesses who will be there when we need them.

They were available within half an hour (middle of snow and cold and our garage door would not close). Repairman was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't laugh when we confessed that we know nothing about how the opener and garage door work. We'll certainly do business with them again and definitely recommend them.
