"We actually hung approx 114 boards for you, had to move and remove clutter you had told us you would move before we started working, We never promise that we will not take on other jobs because not all our employees can do the tasks all jobs require and we need to keep our business up and running and our employees paid. We agreed to not take on any other big projects while completing yours and we did not. We had shut our leads off for the duration of your project. We, unfortunately, have extended family living with us at this time, one being a child which was very unexpected and had some things we needed to deal with as Robert and I are the only ones who drive in our house. Robert also fell ill during your project and we tried our best to keep you updated. We would do daily walk-throughs with you in the morning to show you areas where the mud had not dried, we also explained the need for it to dry before applying more mud. And again in the evening before we left to show you what needed to be completed on both your part and ours. We felt threatened when you sent the text stating you were getting to the point of calling it quits, and getting another company up there to complete the job. As far as the time frame listed on our contract we had told you several times, with the temperatures being below freezing, the mud wouldn't dry and if we put more mud on it would not dry properly or would crack. We discussed even only coming out every other day at that point to let the mud dry completely. You even stated to us, you don't want a rush job and if we needed another week that would be ok, You stated in a text we were on site for 6 weeks which is false, we did not start working for you until 10/18/21 at approx 1 pm. so we were only a day over the 4 weeks we originally told you. You had another company in the building also working and they had to move items around to get their work done. As for the cleanup, we do not include removal of materials in our contract, we asked if you were getting a dumpster and told you we would gladly place all our waste materials in the said dumpster, one of our employees was working at another site, and had a dumpster that our company paid a portion of and offered to haul the materials to the dumpster for a fee and you did not tell us yes or no. The man you state that is in bad health is unable to lift heavy materials but is able to do mudding and is one of two people who can. We also discussed this with you at the beginning of our project. Robert needed him to go to your property because he needed Robert to do some heavy lifting at another project, as we do not want him even attempting to do the heavy lifting. After discussion, we decided to reach out to you to try to work out a resolution but you wanted no part of it. We try to give everyone the best prices we can because we understand times are difficult. For the work we completed, an up and running company that has been in business for years would have charged you at least 3 times what we did. we are a new business and would love great ratings and reviews. Unfortunately, that is not the case in this situation. We do not put on an act, we are professional and caring. We do good work and I will be posting pictures on our profile to show what your project looked like from start to when we left."
