Lack of communication as to their intent to fulfil my needs. Communication was the primary problem and the delays were unacceptable.

I had a furnace installed in my home in Estes Park. I have had nothing but issues since. What I have found out is that while we have propane and the installation team was aware, they did not put in propane to the natural gas converter, because of this, there is soot and a problem with the heat exchange. The furnace was also not set for high altitude, this home is 8,000 feet elevation. I have had an issue with BCIT getting back to me and lately it appears they have ghosted me. I had someone contact me and schedule an appointment for Aug 6, was told would have to move the appointment to Aug 7, they did not come. From that point on, I have not received any communication with BCT. I have phoned, emailed, texted, left requests on the website, but so far, nobody has contacted me to review the furnace.

They were up front when it was to collecting money and since then there has been zero truth and have no received our money back. We need to get the job done and i cant hire someone else because this company has half my money.

Great price but had to reschedule numerous times as they could not make a weekend schedule work. They had to come back twice to get the pitch right on the flue on the high-efficiency furnace but Ryan made in right in the end

On 10/22 BCIT came and gave me an estimate. I explained that I was trying to get the furnace installed ASAP since I was building cabinets and needed to have them stained, clear coated and installed before thanksgiving. Also, because I have a well with a pump in the shop and didn't want it to freeze along with all the paint and stain stored. He advised he would not even put me on the schedule until I paid the deposit. Fair enough. I received the quote and paid the deposit ($1007.73). on 10/24 I was put on the schedule for 11/16 install date. On 11-14 11:27 pm I received an email advising me the heater was damaged and would have to be sent back and have a new one shipped out. BCIT did say that since it was supposed to drop below freezing that weekend, that they would send someone over to put some space heaters in my shop to keep stuff from freezing. On 11/18 I emailed asking the status. On 11/19 was advised that the new heater wouldnâ  t be here until the day before thanksgiving and they would schedule the install 12/3. On 12/2 I contacted BCIT via phone to verify that we were still on for 12/3 and to ask what kind of clearance they needed to install (so I could clear out enough room for the lift). Shortly after I received an email saying they had lost someone close to the BCIT family and would be cancelling my job as well as many others. They were selling back my heater and would give me a refund after it was returned. I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company to get my money back and it still took me a couple weeks to get it back. BTW, I would never in a million years leave unattended space heaters in a garage to keep any kind of paint/stain from freezing AND I contacted another company on 12/2, they gave me an estimate on 12/3 and installed the new furnace on 12/6.

These guys are true pros! They are professional, clean, respectful of the property, efficient and do the job right. They are an order of magnitude above most of the organizations I have had to deal with lately. They do not require baby-sitting. While this review may sound like I was paid to say this, trust me, after all the sloppy, unknowledgeable people in the trades I have dealt with, I am just super happy to find an organization that is professional and knows their industry, especially here in Denver where there is a slew of sub-standard trade workers.

Ryan at BCIT was really helpful, and gave me a good price on a new AC/furnace system. They had to reschedule once due to staff getting sick, but showed up on the rescheduled date and installed my new furnace and AC unit quickly. The only minor issue was that I had a hard time finding out what time they would arrive in the morning. They left everything very clean and went over the new system with me before they left.

I will keep this company in mind for future work. They did a great job installing a mini split at our house.

Good value for the money. Workers were professional and respectful. Employee issues and weather resulted in rescheduling installation twice and the duct cleaning a third time. While these difficulties were not the company's fault, they did cause some frustration for us having to change our schedule. Despite this, I would recommend this company.

We had this company do a replacement of an old swamp cooler unit. When they first installed the brand new unit they did it improperly and it leaked water into our attic and through the vent into our living room. It took several tries to get them to come out but they finally did and got it fixed. Then not even a full two months later the supposedly brand new unit suddenly stopped pushing air. They came out again after several attempts to get them to do so and fixed it. it broke again the very next day. Out of the 6 months I ve had the unit it has worked for 2. They have blown us off a dozen times now. Every time we schedule a day they no call, no show, no email, no reschedule, nothing. They say they warranty their work for 2 years but so far they have given the impression that they refuse to honor it. So now we are stuck with a broken swamp cooler and some water damage. We will have to hire a respectable company in the spring to come fix their mess. Avoid this company at all costs, pay the extra few dollars and get people who answer their phones, respond to their emails, come on the day and time they say they will, and who will do work that doesn t need to be serviced 4 times in the first 6 months. I would like to think I have been very patient and accommodating so I fail to understand the reason behind this incredibly poor service. Home owners beware.

Very easy to work with and attentive. My only knock-off was the cancellation at the last minute of their first appointment. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Happy with everything except we were to have duct cleaning included the following week and we havent heard back to schedule. Have left messages. Has been 3 weeks

Although their work was good, they never showed up during their assigned time window. They are always late coming. Their installation was great! One small problem occurred. They had to install a pump for the air conditioner. This was not the problem, the problem was that it leaked from the moment they installed it and left. We called them back the next day and they came and fixed the problem.

They did a nice, clean job installing AC and furnace. System runs perfectly and they were $2000 less than 3 other competitors. Answered all my questions. Pleasure to work with.
