Iâ ve used BCM twice for an instate move within PA and an out of state move from PA to MA. They did a phenomenal job on both occasions, I could not have been more please and recommend them to all that need moving services at a reasonable rate.

BMC moved my belongings in early September 2022. Boxes were missing. I called BMC many times to report the loss and request the claim form as per the BMC contract for the replacement of lost items. I spoke to Josh, the driver, many times. Each time, he assured me that the claim form would be emailed or mailed to my home. As of October 2022, I have not received the claim form. Josh, the driver, lied over and over to me, telling me that he had emailed or mailed the form himself or that the BMC office had sent it. I left voicemails for Customer Service and emailed BMC. The company never replied to my emails and never returned my calls. I contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding BMC refusal to send me the claim form and asked them to resolve the issue. BB has contacted BMC and will follow through with resolving this issue. I cannot be reimbursed for the lost items without the claim form.

Horrible. They lie every step of the transaction. They do not come to your house to give you a quote after reviewing your furnishings because they jack the price after the truck is loaded. They have not dependable. They tell you one thing and do whatever they want additionally they are rude and act like they just paid you

4 days late to pick up. Promised packing services that I was charged for. 4 days late to deliver. No communication unless I took the initiative.

Poor customer relationship does not have a good agreement.

I would like to start with my first contact with BCM Relocation, because Asya, their representative, set the tone for this business transaction. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and so very helpful. Whenever I had a concern she was able clearly explain and give me great confidence in this company. The team that brought my furniture was so incredible. Eric the driver and his two assistants ,Quade and Henry did their jobs swiftly and more importantly, professionally. Everyone who had contact with them told to me how impressed they were with their work and wanted their company's phone number. Needless to say, I recommend BCM to whoever needs moving services.

The whole team, Ben, Asya, Eppi and Crew, were fabulous throughout the whole transaction. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Couldn't ask for me. Many many thanks, we recommend your services and will definitely be using you again.

I had to find this company online- they provided a reasonable quote and stuck to it. Their services were professional and when the management at my new home made it tough for them to park - they were innovative in their approach, moving me in quickly despite the hassle. They wrapped everything with car, didnâ  t break anything, unwrapped and put everything together. The service was so good I had to tip well. Excellent experience

My parents relocated from NJ to SC and BCM were excellent in helping to make that happen. From the outstanding response I got all throughout the process from Asya in the office, to dispatch, to the strong and kind men loading and unloading...it was a smooth move and I am grateful I picked this company.

Michael was fantastic to work with. He was very helpful through the entire process. There were hiccups along the way but I knew when I called mike he would help get to the bottom of it and do all he could to make it right. Would highly recommend working with him.

Azia & Epi were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Azia answered all of our questions and the process leading up to moving day ran very smooth. The day of moving Epi kept us informed from start to finish and his men: Edwin, Ronaldo, & Carlito could not have been more helpful. They always offered to do the little things like helping us find the right place for something or just asking where something went rather then just putting it anywhere. They wrapped all the furniture tight so nothing got scratched, broken, or lost. I would definitely recommend this company. And did I say their price was very reasonable too,

I hired them because I thought their rates were really good as it was explained to me by Michael. When the movers got there, there were a Carry Charge and other things I can not remember. The gist was, that if I worked with Jonathan (Read Tip), he would work with me on the charges. The movers used so much tape to wrap things. You have to pay for wardrobe boxes to cover the glass so it does not break. What a joke they broke the glass on my curio, Antique with curved glass! Glass shelves in my other curios were broken, my crown molding on a dresser was destroyed. So many drinking glasses and stemware were broken, and they were wrapped in foam sleeves and put in container boxes separating them. Boxes looked like they jammed in to make them fit. A crockpot was bent in badly at the handle even though it was in a box. I was told to pay before they offloaded or nothing happens. But the last straw was a 6-foot extension that went missing. Some of these things were hard to discover because they were looking to me to give directions as to where things go. The crew here in Fla. was better and sympathetic to my problems. It's been a week since they unloaded and no contact from " Bang, Crush, and Mutilate" as I call them!

Michael at BCM Relocation was amazing from the beginning of my cross-country moving process to the end. His communication with me was excellent, and any issues that came up were resolved quickly. The movers were professional and efficient. I will definitely recommend BCM Relocation to others who are moving long distances.

On time, Invoiced as expected despite a few extra small boxes/ items added to my inventory, clear and organized communication, friendly yet professional while working, highly recommend!!

The negligence of this company has been one headache after another. They picked up my furniture up on Dec 14th and I was advised delivery would be Dec 20th they told me standard timeframe is Dec 26th. I accepted and they still didnâ t deliver on time. My items didnâ t show up until Jan 10. They damaged my boxes and my tote bins. My belongings where all over the bottom of the truck. My bed frame has damage. My items in the damaged boxes and totes are destroyed. The movers didnâ t have mask or shoe covers. I didnâ t allow them inside. This company is unprofessional and disrespectful. I donâ t recommend them to anyone and be aware if you work with them because they donâ t communicate nor do they tell the truth. I missed a full day of work Friday jan 7 which I was told they would deliver on and they never showed up or called me and the driver said He wasnâ t delivering on Friday. So I never got the truth or a straight answer. I donâ t like the way I was treated. And waiting for them to get my money back is horrible they drag there feet and waste your time and donâ t have intentions of giving a refund.

They packed for my mother and didn't label some boxes, put food on a plate in another and nothing that was supposed to go together was packed together. They arrived at the new place in a timely manner but there were only 2 guys to unpack everything and it took 5 hours instead of 2. Nothing was set up-no coffee tables unpacked and put together, the bed was thrown together, we had a few broken pieces of furniture which they paid us for(nominal amount). My mother had to stay in a hotel that evening as her aprtment was not fit to live in. I guess you get what you pay for in the end.

Fast hard working guys. Them quites me for 5 hours and it only took them 3 to move from nj to ny. Will be using them again.

Do not use this company! It has been 23 days without my stuff and I still do not have a delivery date. UPDATE: After a month after not getting the deliver date, I was finally able to get my stuff, but my dresser and nightstand were missing. The company was able to find the nightstand and delivered that, but the dresser is missing and I was only offered $90 for reimbursement. The movers would not open the truck door until I signed a document to say that I have received all of my items. Once the doors were opened, I then realized that my dresser and nightstand were not there. Do not ever use this company or give them any money ever !!!!
