I paid $243.00 cash when the owner and wife showed up at my apt. He had two aerosol cans in his pocket, no mask, no other professional gear of any kind. He dismissed the wife and me to the hallway, while he claimed to empty the cans in 20 minutes in my 850 sq. ft. apt. The purpose was to eliminate long-term troublesome mites. That produced no discernible result, so he promised to return with three hanging objects that would complete the job. He never showed up and has not answered a text, email, or telephone messages. The mites still reign in my apartment and I am out $243.00 and a garage coupon I gave him valued at $30.00. Very, very disappointed.

Knowledgeable small operation. Applied bait appropriately. The charge was overpriced for the work performed.

BC was quick to respond. And the mice population is rapidly dwindling in the house. He got the root of the problem and showed us where they are coming into the house from the basement.

Cannot recommend him enough. I just moved into my new home and was experiencing a pretty bad water bug problem. Bob (aka BC) contacted me immediately and handled within 36 hours, and on a Sunday morning to boot. He is a very nice guy and walked me through potential openings in my basement for pests. Haven’t seen a water bug in the house since. Will definitely be reaching out again for any future pest issues. Five stars! :)

Bobcat was fast and efficient! Got the job done when other companies said they couldnâ t service us. Great communication and very affordable. He is super personable and could easily be a stand up comedian if he wasnâ t so good at pest control. Awesome guy and even better service!

Bob contacted me to discuss the details of my project. He came out that week and placed peanut butter scented bait in my basement thinking the rodent would move towards the bait. Unfortunately, this never happened. I followed up with the company after two weeks to come back out but was not able to get a rescheduled date. I reached out multiple times through voice messages and texts but was basically told to reach out on another day. For over two weeks, it was one reason or another why he could not reschedule me. Time to look elsewhere as my issue has been waited on long enough with no further response from this contractor.

BC is fabulous. Needed help with a mouse issue in my kitchen. Very easy to work with. Flexible, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend BC Pest Control.

BC was great. He was quick to respond, accommodated our urgent needs and came out within 12+ hrs of our initial contact with him. He was able to explain things to us about all aspects of what had happened with the yellow jackets. He was thorough and gave us info on what would need to be done after he left.

When we spoke on the phone I requested a house inspection for termites, and told they were just gnats. For mice problem, he placed cubes around the house and traps out back. He did not plug up any spaces where the mice could be coming him. When I asked him about that he stated **you want the mice to go out the way they came in, so they do not die inside the home.** No traps or stickies were used, and I was charged $150, and he stated I was given a discount.

Bob and his wife explained all,about our rodents and how they were going to rid our home of them. I loved their understanding kind attitudes.

Bob is personable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He showed up on time, treated my house for termites exactly as we had discussed, and gave me a warranty better than the competitors. He is truly a pro. I would recommend BC Pest Control to everybody.

Bob came over quickly and the rats are gone. Also closed up where they chewed their way in.

Bob was on time (actually early) for my service call. He explained exactly what service he would perform and proceeded to work. He was personable and knowledgeable about the job. I will definitely be using BC Pest Controls service in the future.

Blue blocks were apparently dangerous to my pet and outdoor pet and banned by Epa if not contained, I later found.

I am pleased the critters are gone.

I am very picky and Bob exceeded my expectations. He treated my house for carpenter ants. There were still a few ants two weeks later so he made a return visit at no charge and now the ants are gone completely. Bob stood behind his work and was very friendly while doing so.
