Firstly, WE never agreed on a price because it was handled through a 3rd party. Secondly, I received my invoice via email and that's how I paid it, by email using my card. By doing this, he made me feel horrible because it would take him 3 weeks to receive his money. By the way, he never said anything about meeting so that I could write him a check. Lastly, after paying the flat $700 invoice, I requested an itemized invoice for tax purposes. He responded by saying I was not going to get one because he wasn't going to measure each inch of wire. I explained that I didn't need that. All I wanted was the components used and labor. We ended by me not getting an invoice for taxes because he said I didn't need one for taxes (now he's account too) but my CPA requested one for a write off. I could see what kind of person he was so I just wrote back 2 words....forget it. There's something I do find curious. Who gets charged $700 exactly? I could have seen $625.19, you get what I mean. I'll never recommend his services to anyone I know for acting immature and whining about my necessary requests.

B and D is very professional in all aspects of the work. Always on time, precise in his work, treats the job like he was working on his own home, has a great play list on his radio, and ALWAYS leaves the work site clean and neat. He even used a blower to clean off the front porch every night whether he worked on it or not. I have no reservations in recommending B and D for all aspects of your job. High quality!

Thanks, Lavonne and Kelly, for your kind comments. This was a long term project: from late May to Mid August. Completely rewired home with the relocation of the electrical panel. Rip out and install of walls and floors. Installed new flooring throughout the house, hung all interior and exterior doors, and painted and installed all trim work. Tiled shower.

This was no simple project, it was necessary for several fixtures to be moved and a cabinet to be made to fit. We are a Public Library and are only open a few days a week with specific hours. In addition to this project, he has installed a light fixture in the ceiling, an emergency light, a smoke alarm and added a bookcase. Neil was able to work around our hours and install smoothly without disturbance to patrons inside. The work area remained clean while he was working and he followed through the complete job in a timely manner. He knew what tools he would need and came prepared. I have him on the agenda for more work in the future. The range of his skills allows for the Library to utilize his business for multiple projects in a wide variety of areas. The cost was wonderfully in our budget and he is able to give quotes immediately. Love working with him.
