I hired BD Handyman Services to install a clothes dryer. My cleaning lady called me and said that the clothes are still sitting in the washing machine because the dryer would not start after pressing the dryer start button. I had hired an electrician for something else, he looked at my dryer, told me Brad did not use a converter in the plug, it needed to be a 4 prong, not a 3 prong, which caused the dryer to overheat, he could have burned down our house. I have several photos and had to ask Sears a more reputable company to come to take a look at the unit and tell me how much it would cost I paid $129 for the diagnostic and they were going to charge me $495 to replace the timer and the wiring unit for all of that I might as well buy a new dryer which I now have to do because of this company.

Had to hire someone else the day after they left to fix what they had done to the pipes. Reached out multiples times and never heard back.

Response from Company:

What happened to the pipes? I only installed garbage disposal. The only pipe a touched was the first drain pipe, nothing else. I do not have any missed calls, voicemails, or texts from you.

Brad, the owner is wonderful! He’s professional, intelligent, and fast and respectful worker. He disconnected my old dryer and connected my new dryer correctly and with a blink of an eye!!! I would highly recommend him to everyone.
