"It rained. They did not pull a permit, so the county fined them. I am not the builder that pulls the permit, they are. They specifically told me to remove the tree in the buffer zone and they even held a payment of $4,000+ from me until I did it. I was also told the county guy told them to have it moved. The mud was put on the street by a dump truck driver they hired. We never touched the street with a machine. I also placed a machine on-site, free of charge for an entire day to move the dirt their dump truck driver was bringing. I have finished the first job 100% and I will not go back to finish the second job. The reason is they have no structured plans to go by and they blame us for their shortcomings as builders. I finished well over 50% of the second job and gave them an entire day free to try to help out with moving dirt. So now their fines are my fault. Unbelievable the way people are these days. Amazing how we have 5-star reviews and someone who shouldn't be a builder can go on here and give us a bad review. Ignorance is no excuse for integrity."
"2 no shows are a lie. Did not show up on a Saturday (Because it was raining). Was on my way to the property after 5 site visits, several changes, putting other jobs on the backburner (And losing them by the way because I was trying to help out), hours of my time wasted, and fuel wasted from trips to the site and they canceled on me. You tell me who the liar is? Contractor beware!"
"Thanks for the kind words, Stan! We are glad we could help you out of a tough situation and get you access to your house!"
"Thanks, Patrick!"
