This was the worst job EVER! They did not show up with any cleaning cloths, no broom, no ladder, NOTHING! The 2 were virtually cleaning with MY toilet paper. It was the worst thing I have ever experienced and have told every relator and person I have met to NOT hire these people!

Contacted 3 Home Advisor referrals, selected BDI because they met short timeline request for one-time cleaning of new condo before move in. Gave verbal & written instructions with priority in kitchen & baths. Upon inspection, it was worse than when I left. Countertops had sticky residue,, oven/refrigerator not clean, shower stalls dirty, floors tacky, etc. BDI rep explained they use "green" products that don't clean as effectively. And what was worse was someone broke the towel bar in bath and tried to hide it, leaving a hole in the wall! I had to bring family in to re-clean! Never again!!!

The work that was performed was, to a certain degree, done well. However, the work was not started when I was told it would start, then I was told it would be done the next day, then the guy shows up. Miscommunication I can understand, but don't tell me about the fish you caught this morning when we had scheduled the work to be done.

This company represented itself as having 20 years construction and was hired to install a tile walk in shower. The tile has had to be totally torn out due to them using the wrong materials and failing to put a pan under the tile. They never should have taken on a job they did not know how to do.

THEY ARE NOT JUST A CLEANING SERVICE. I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST TO HIRE THEM DUE TO THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS BDI CLEANING SERVICE. I HAD A 60 FT PRIVACY FENCE INSTALLED BY THEM AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN FOR MY NEXT PROJECT. THEY ARE VERY POLITE TOO.
