There is a $85 diagnosis fee for coming out in which if you want the repair done I’ll put that towards the overall price we are not set up To except credit or debit at the moment we do apologize. Bob showed up on time and was very professional. He helped us out on a Saturday and explained what happened to our washer. He was kind, quick and even followed up after the repair with a better idea of what happened. We will be using him again for all of our appliance repairs!

After another service declined to take on the job, BDM readily accepted the challenge of sealing my Samsung icemaker that kept frosting over...very poor design. I would recommend against buying Samsung refrigerator with the icemaker in the refrigerator compartment. BDM was prompt, friendly, efficient, and , so far everything is working well.

Bob took the time to explain how the different cycles worked better with the different types of loads, and which cycle to use and when. (Sounds elementary, but no one had ever explained it before.) He even cleaned out the vent. He called to let me know he was on his way and was prompt with his arrival time. Good man. Good service!
