I want to give a big shout-out to BDM HVAC Services and especially Dung, who did an outstanding job. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Dung was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the issue, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right. What really impressed me was the level of dedication. The HVAC system was replaced when the temperature outside was below zero, and Dung still handled the job with care and professionalism. No rushing, no shortcuts, just solid, honest work. It’s hard to find technicians who are both knowledgeable and genuinely care about the customer, but Dung definitely does. I highly recommend BDM HVAC Services to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC work.

Dung is an excellent HVAC technician. I am glad that we could find his company, it is a hidden gem. Dung had expertise in HVAC, very informative let you know what your system need to be maintained or repaired. Not like other business as they just want to upsell to you. Highly recommended if you would like no hassle, repairs with peace of mind and without having to worry.

Mr. Nguyen, was courteous , professional and knowledgeable. My central air conditioner, wasn?t producing any cold airflow. I called my home warranty Sunday. Received a call from Mr. Nguyen Monday, he came to my house Tuesday, 22April. He was able to fix the issue expediently. I would highly recommend Mr. Nguyen for any of your heating and AC issues. On a cold day with predicted snow storm 010525 warning ...our heat /gas furnace was out with no signs of turning on...I Got his reference from a friend and Called Dung Nguyen :BDM Heating and A/C came on the same day... identitied, replaced and fixed igniter issue with warranty of 90 days for labor and 5 years. Very impressive with his quick turnaround and ability to resolve and fixing the ignition issue and attending promptly on a cold day knowledgeable and friendly. Would Highly recommend his services to all my family and friends.

Dung is the owner and he did a good work install a new heat pump at my house. The work was done quick and everything was cleaned up properly when the job was done. Strongly recommend BDM for your heating and cooling need.

My central AC AND upstairs heat pump stopped working at the same time at the end of last June. I randomly found BDM and called. Dung came over ASAP. Not only did he beat all the other prices, he made me seem like I was his priority. Absolutely the best - hands down. Privately owned, insured, and upfront about the breakdown of costs. Dung, responded to my call to replace furnace humidifier within 30 minutes. He arrived and explained in detail how he would install the new Aprilaire 700 series humidifier for our gas furnace. Dung also recognized that additional work needed to be done for the humidifier to operate more efficiently. He arrived the following day on time and completed the installation in an excellent manner.

He was the only contractor that sat with me and went through all the details of what he would be doing and even drew the installation plan. Very punctual and polite. He answered all the questions I had. He left no trash behind. After getting estimates from several contractors, I am very happy with the price Iâ m a quality of work that I received.
