I had the gutters, downspouts and exterior windows washed. It was a big project. Tramayne was quick to respond when I contacted Home Advisors. He was polite, mannerly and professional! Scheduling was hassle-free! Job was completed with great results. Kudos to BDM!

All's well that ends well, said the poet, and the same goes for our experience with BDM's window cleaning service. The first attempt did not go well with an inexperienced crew getting most of the windows only half clean (double-hung windows--four sides need to be cleaned, not just two). Tramayne came out the next day to educate the crew and the job was finished expeditiously, with all the windows gleaming brightly, clear and clean as can be. We were well satisfied.

I had my gutters cleaned and drainage pipes flushed out on 6/6/19. Prompt and very reasonable prices! Additionally, work was thoroughly accomplished and probably one of the best/friendliest customer service experiences I've had with a contractor service in a LONG time - both with the owner of the company and with the on-site employee (and I've hired dozens of contractors over the last few years). I intend to hire this company to clean my windows this summer and to hire them for routine gutter cleaning in the future.
