After receiving a shockingly high water bill, I called BDS. I had a water leak that was hard to detect. Brent was amazingly patient, taking his time to discover the problem. Couldnâ t have asked for a nicer guy. He even corresponded with the water department on my behalf. He will be my first call if/when I need his services. Iâ d give him 6 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Project was re-piping the house due to corroded, leaking pipes following clearing toilet line from roots. Greg and Brent were great; the week's work didn't end until 11:30 p.m. on a Friday night. They went above and beyond, and I love these guys.

I am very pleased with BDS Plumbing. My hot water heater was starting to go and I knew I quickly needed to replace it. I called around to a lot of places. BDS gave a fair quote and were out the next day to install. I was impressed with how professional, prompt and honest they were. Other companies will pressure you to buy extended warranties or really expensive units. BDS did not pressure me and explained each thing they did. When I took a shower after the new unit was installed I was pleased by how hot the water was compared to my old unit. Great job, highly recommend!

I moved into a house with a tankless hot water heater and had to educate myself on how it works. We hired BDS Plumbing for a flush and concern over low water pressure. Brett was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain more about our system as well as troubleshoot the low water pressure issue (only on the outside spickets). Great service and well worth the money we spent!

My parents had a water leek in the front yard that had been ongoing for approx 5 months now and we're experiencing extreamly high water bills. They are on a fixed income and were in need of someone they could trust and would not take advantage of them to repair this problem form. I would like to say that Brent and his team (Greg) were exceptional!!! They came out and gave an estimate that we thought was affordable. We decided to go with them for this job and we are more than happy that we did. Once in they realized it was a little more then expected... But they finished it at the same cost quoted with no waver in their service or demeanor. They we very professional and extreamly patient with my parents and their many questions too ����.
