B-Dry Waterproofing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did not tell us about all the rotted wood on the floor and on the walls and installed the waterproofing anyway. After the floors and wall showed rot, we requested multiple times they come out and see the problem. They ignored us. We filed a complaint with the BBB- no response for about 6 weeks. The president of the company finally called and said they would not look at the problem. We are now in arbitration with them. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR THEIR WARRANTY.

From the sales person Tom to customer service, scheduling and install department, my crawl space drainage system was done on time and as planned. Since it was installed, there has been no more water in my crawl space. A great company to work with, highly recommend.

Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house.

Knowledgeable and very informative sales person. Everything was done as promised.

Concrete work was complete unleveled and will most likely lead to cracking. Was told to call if it should crack and they will repair. Basement room was not swept following job and plastic was left up and hanging.

The price and quality were great, as compared to other companies.

They were on time, did a clean job...very efficient!

The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!
