B.E.A.N. Sprinklers and Landscape

I made the decision to hire Brett based on exceptional reviews. The first time Brett stopped out he showed up 4 hours later than expected and I had to call him to find out that he was going to be late. Brett had no communication other than when I reached out to him. He was always in a rush to complete the job which is why it wasnâ t done right the first time. When he showed up he had his two kids with him which was a surprise to see considering that he mentioned professionalism. His kids ran around our property, went through our garage, practically made them selves at home. The quality of work was the biggest complaint. The first time he replaced our manifold there were leaks and I called him to fix it. The second time he didnâ t hook up the wiring properly so he had to come out again and the third time I reached out and he didnâ t respond. I called Brett a total of 4 times over the course of 7 days and texted Brett several times. Brett neglected to reach out to me regarding the issues. When Brett finally did reach out he texted me with rude remarks and had a major attitude. Brett doesnâ t have the proper communication or professional experience to know how to properly communicate with his customers. I would strongly discourage customers from going with BEAN and soon to be ABC Quality Sprinklers and Landscape.

I hired Brett/B.E.A.N to fix a bad sprinkler install that another contractor refused to remedy. He showed up when he said and got to work. I was thinking it would only be a consult, but he was ready to go and his pricing and customer service were excellent. Will definitely hire him again.
