Beginning with my Honeyâ s initial contact to explain our need, to a subsequent call from me to be assured that the process they use would be safe for both us and our cats, to Ali who was very polite as well as knowledgeable and thorough, we could not be more pleased.

Ali inspected our home after we saw what we thought might be termites in our bathroom. He examined the attic, under bathroom, kitchen counters...basically any area where the termites could enter our home. He gave us a clear understanding of what he found and how it needed to be treated. He gave us several options with the pros and cons of each. He called to let us know he was on his way and he was on time. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up after himself. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.
